FormWell Digital ("we," "us," or "our") provides real-time property listing tracking and homeowner contact enrichment software for moving companies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

• Business contact information. When a moving company signs up or contacts us, we collect names, business email addresses, and company details needed to set up and operate an account.
• Property listing data. We source residential property listing status (active, pending, sold) from public records and licensed third-party real estate data providers, scoped to the zip codes our customers serve.
• Homeowner contact information. For qualifying listings, we use licensed third-party data providers to append homeowner names and mailing addresses so our customers can conduct direct mail outreach.
• Website usage information. Our servers and hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) when you visit this website, consistent with normal web server operation.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and improve our platform, deliver listing and homeowner data to the customers whose territories that data applies to, manage customer accounts and billing, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. Homeowner and listing data provided to a customer is scoped to that customer's own assigned zip codes and is not shared with other, unrelated customers.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with the following categories of recipients: our licensed data providers (to source and enrich listing and homeowner records), the customer whose territory a given record belongs to, and service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), each bound to protect the information they process on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain business account information for as long as an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. Listing and homeowner records are retained as needed to support ongoing customer operations and are removed or updated as underlying listing status changes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
